“Bagad Kemper Red Cardell XXL synergy”, “A work both strong and a beautiful sensitivity”, “Thrill”, “Long live Kemper”, “It is indeed a new world that we are given to listen”, “The energy that emerges is phenomenal”, “a breathtaking emotion”. The album and the project Nerzh are thus very well received by the press and the public and we will have the great chance to be able to present it within the framework of the night of Brittany on March 7th at the Arena of Nanterre. Other concerts are planned throughout this new year 2020 with our friends of the Bagad Kemper including Plestin les Grèves at the hall An Dour Meur from March 28. The first concerts to come and whose organizers have revealed their poster are online on the site. We are also working on our next album planned for 2021, the new titles are taking shape and are already very promising, with a new thread for the group which opens perspectives still unexplored in our discography. The album “Nerzh” was released two weeks ago and we have just given our second concert for the anniversary of Bagad Kemper. All these last months will have been devoted to this new project. Many videos are to come and we will not fail to share them. We are very pleased to present our new project with the Bagad Kemper. After the creation of Fest-Rock in 2011, here is NERZH! We will give our first concert on August 9th at the Festival Interceltique de Lorient. We are currently finishing the mixing of the eponymous album which will also be presented during this creation show in Lorient. We will unveil the first tracks in a few weeks. The album will be released by Coop Breizh in September for the launch of the festivities of the 70th anniversary of the Bagad. Since last summer, we have been writing the texts and arranging melodies and suites from the traditional repertoire or composed by members of the Bagad. We have sought to create a homogeneous ensemble, to make this fusion a collective work, to create a group in its own right: NERZH, which means power, energy and dynamism in Breton.

Time for big tides ! Sun is rising, spring is coming ! We are working on a new huge project we will introduce to you on the first days of april. We rehearsed a lot at the end of 2018, and are ready now to record on march !

New gigs previewed on summer too. Soon on the web, some tracks recorded and filmed during our acoustic concert in Brest La Caréne, an acoustic show created on last june at the Théatre de Morlaix for festival Les Originales.

Here is the autumn, a small break after a busy summer playing the new album “Courir”. A nice reception, beautiful concerts, enough to prepare the new dates to come. We will put online many extracts of the concert at the Festival Interceltique de Lorient on our Youtube channel to give you the temperature.

Otherwise we are very happy to announce the release of our first vinyl album in November. It is indeed a first for us after 27 years of road and albums. “Courir” will be available on LP! New titles are being written and a beautiful project in gestation will keep us busy for 2019. We’ll keep you posted soon!

13″Running” is available since April 13, 2018. The starting idea of this new and twentieth album of the group, is to meet with four in a small rehearsal room without prepared material beforehand, to give birth to titles from improvisations, and to try to create a collective work with no other ambition than to take pleasure in the moment. Just to go back to the basics of a rock band at the beginning, to find the taste of these madeleines of Proust that are the smell of a cellar or a garage, the hum of the distorsion on tube amps, the acoustic power of the snare drum. Talking about the past as the representation of the present or vice versa. Inventing one’s own fictions, giving birth to the (im)posture. Many dates are already planned, we look forward to seeing you on stage.
